1981 സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 25 ന് ട്രൈബല്‍ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ മാത്യു കുന്നുമ്മല്‍ വാളേരി സ്കൂള്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. 67 കുട്ടികള്‍ ആണ് അന്ന്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. ആടുകുഴിയില്‍ ജോണി എന്നയാളുടെ വീട്ടുവരാന്തയില്‍ വച്ച് ശ്രീ. കെ. ജി. ജസ്റ്റിന്‍ മാസ്റ്റര്‍ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് അറിവിന്റെ ആദ്യ പാഠം നല്‍കി. സാമൂഹ്യ-ക്ഷേമ കാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ തല്‍പ്പരനായിരുന്ന ശ്രീ. കുനിക്കര കുഞ്ഞിരാമന്‍ നായര്‍ മകളുടെ സ്മരണാര്‍ഥം നല്‍കിയ ഒന്നര ഏക്കര്‍ ഭൂമിയിലാണ് നാട്ടുകാരുടെ ശ്രമഫലമായി സ്കൂളിന് ഒരു ഷെഡ്‌ ഉയര്‍ന്നത്. അതിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം അന്നത്തെ ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ ശ്രീ. ജ്യോതി വെങ്കിടാചലം നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു. അപ്പോഴും സ്കൂളിന്റെ ഓഫീസ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിരുന്നത് ശ്രീ. കുനിക്കര കുഞ്ഞിരാമന്‍ നായരുടെ വീട്ടിലായിരുന്നു. 1982 ല്‍ സ്കൂള്‍ ആദ്യ വാര്‍ഷികം ആഘോഷിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് വളര്‍ച്ചയുടെ കാലഘട്ടമായിരുന്നു; ചുമരുകളും ആസ്ബസ്റ്റോസ് ഷീറ്റും ഉള്ള കെട്ടിടം വന്നു. കാലക്രമേണ എല്‍. പി. സ്കൂള്‍ യു. പി. സ്കൂള്‍ ആയി മാറി. 1990 ജൂണ്‍ 3 ന് എല്‍. പി. കെട്ടിടോദ്ഘാടനം അന്നത്തെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. കെ. ചന്ദ്രശേഖരനും, യു. പി.   കെട്ടിടോദ്ഘാടനം 1995 ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 25 ന് അന്നത്തെ വിദ്യാ...
