1. Collect previous years' question papers. I know this is the hardest thing. But it is the best thing when you can do nothing but like this. Go through previous question papers and examine the pattern of questions . There may be short answers, one word answers etc. While going through the question papers you can see a pattern; such as the name of the author, year of his work published, paragraph questions and essays. In questions for small grades, see what they have asked and expect similar questions from parts that are not asked in the last years' question papers. See how many essay questions and how many paragraph questions are there and calculate how much time you would need and how much would you be expected to write in the exam hall.
